User Data Protection
OpenAI‘s API service powers the virtual assistant, processing and storing chat histories and entries. As long as you don’t share personal information in the chat, your interactions remain completely anonymous. Your IP address and other connection data are never transmitted to OpenAI. If you provide your contact details (such as name, address, or other information) to send a business inquiry, this data will be also transferred to our CRM system, but only after you give your consent.
