Q. How do you sign up to be a part of the Coyote Logistics carrier network?

Q. What information do I need in order to sign up as a carrier for Coyote Logistics?

A. To sign up to be a carrier in our network, you will need the following information:

  • Goods in transit insurance with a limit of at least €150,000 per vehicle shipment;
  • Compulsory vehicle liability insurance;
  • Public liability insurance with a limit equivalent to €5,000,000 per occurrence;and
  • Employer’s liability insurance with a limit required by law.

If you do not have one of the above, please contact us through our general enquiries and a Coyote representative will be able to speak through options with you.

Q. I just signed up to be a part of Coyote Logistics’ carrier network. How long until I can move freight with Coyote Logistics?

A. Once you have finished your registration, you can start moving freight with us right away.

Q. How do I get a point of contact at Coyote Logistics?

A. When you call us to sign up as a carrier, the person who directs you to the sign-up page will most likely be your carrier rep. If you sign up online, someone at Coyote Logistics will contact you within 24 hours to get you started.

Q. How can I see available loads?

A. You can see Coyote’s available loads by logging in to our website at Coyotelogistics.com. Don’t have a login yet? Ask your rep to get you set up or register for one here.

Q. How can I book available loads?

A. We give you multiple options for booking loads. You can submit bids for loads on Coyotelogistics.com or you can also contact your rep directly to discuss freight opportunities and book loads. For more information about your options for booking loads, click here.

Q. What freight does Coyote haul besides Full Truck Shipments?

A. Coyote works with carriers across multiple modes. In addition to Full Truckload (FTL) shipments, we are able to provide many different options that can complement your network. Whether it be partial moves, less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, or even specialized equipment moves, Coyote can help you identify and match you with the right opportunities.

A. As a carrier in our network, you can move a variety of freight depending on your equipment and capabilities like:

Q. What are Coyote Logistics’ payment terms?

A. Our payment process is streamlined so payment is never an issue and carriers in our network get paid on time, every time. We offer:

  • 2-day QuickPay with a 3% fee to the carrier
  • Net 28 –standard pay terms for carriers not on a special arrangement
