What changes for customers with the close of the acquisition?
There is no change to the way we do business with our customers. We will continue to provide customers with the superior service they have come to expect from both RXO and Coyote.
Should customers expect changes to their day-to-day contacts?
No change at this time. Each of our reps will be well prepared to receive any questions you may have.
Today I have an active account / relationship with both organizations. Which sales rep should they call post-close?
You should continue to engage with the same sales representatives that you did pre-close. Customers will be kept apprised of any updates to their existing relationships with sales reps should there be any changes in the future.
How should customers distribute their RFP and to whom? What do customers do with bids in process?
There is no change to RFP and bid processes at this time. Customers should work with their existing rep should any questions arise.
Will customers need to set up new vendor info?
No.
Will customers’ contracts change?
No. All existing contracts, including terms and conditions, will remain in place.
Will customers’ billing processes change?
No.
Will Coyote’s and/or RXO’s technology platforms or systems change or be otherwise affected on Day One?
No, all systems will continue to operate as usual.
